The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refunds and Exchanges
Order cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours and refunds given . If you receive the goods and would still like to cancel, please return the products in their original condition and packaging (at buyer’s expense). Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus P&P and any costs involved in the crediting procedure.
Damaged goods:
Personal care & beauty products cannot be refunded. We don’t offer returns or exchanges on any of our products, unless the product arrives damaged.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us & return within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@berryandblossom.biz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment is via PayPal.
Your payment would be appreciated at the time of a purchase.

Shipping
Postage and packaging costs will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. In the case of over payment , I will refund the difference
I post through Royal Mail, which will include Sign For, and always post within 3 days from receiving your order..
I try to reduce waiting time to 3 working days UK.
If you would like a different form of delivery or you would like international shipping, please contact me before placing an order for pricing.
If you wish to add an insurance for your package, please let me know before placing an order (additional cost will be incurred).
I cannot be responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by the postal courier. But insurance can be arranged.
