After cleansing your face, simply dampen the skin lightly.
Apply a 5mm dose of the Dose to warm hands and gently pat into your damp skin. it will bring the moisture with it into the skin. Massage gently outwards from the nose.
It can be used to with your moisturizer, by adding a small drop into your daily dose of moisturizer.
It can be used on most skin types, but highly recommended for dry, mature and stressed skins.
It can be used both at A.M. and P.M.

Do do a skin test if you feel nervous about using a face oil.
You can pat it around the socket of your eye but not close or in the eye. If it is in your eye wash out with warm water.
Keep to recommended dose of 5mm up the pipette. Less is more.
If using it alone during the day remember to apply a sunscreen after The Dose is absorbed.
Keep your bottle out of the sunshine and in a cool, dark place.
