  • Organic Shea Butter, Shea butter organic and a beautiful, highly emollient, and intensely moisturising. Vitamin F is uniquely found in high quantities and it is Vitamin F which has is the rejuvenator for the skin.   • After a shower or warm bath, while the skin is dampish, after drying, and warm. Take a teaspoon of balm and smooth it on your body. Let it sink in.
  • You can do the same to dry skin on your heels, elbows, knees, shins etc.
  • Lightly melt a little balm onto your fingertips and lightly rub into your scalp and hair tips as a hair mask.
  • Keep your balm in a cool place. Like butter it can soften and melt if near heat.
  • Use clean fingers tips to moisturise.
